Chef Lauren Scott grew up in Middletown, New York, in the scenic lower Hudson Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Coastal Carolina University, as well as a Culinary Arts degree from the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach. Lauren further refined her craft through professional training at the renowned Ritz in Paris. Rooted in her Italian-American upbringing, Lauren developed a deep appreciation for the power of food to bring people together. Her culinary style reflects her heritage and her experiences abroad, blending classic French techniques with the bold, comforting flavors of Southern cuisine.
