Natalie Hayes is an expert in wine and fine dining, with over a decade of experience at some of Chicago’s most highly regarded establishments. She is a Certified Sommelier and holds her WSET Level 3 certification. With a background in acting and a passion for storytelling, Natalie currently serves as Brand Ambassador for the Wine and Champagne portfolio of Pernod Ricard. She is known for waxing poetically about the histories of Château Sainte Marguerite rosé and Perrier-Jouët Champagnes.
